Second Saturday Locke Main Street Art Walk Noon to 4 pm Most of the Galleries and Studios in Locke host show openings and some offer hors d'ouvres and beverages and/or wine tasting on the Second Saturday of each month.
Studio Sessions April through October: Second and Fourth Tuesdays 6:45 - 9 pm Figure and portrait studio sessions, $9 artists' model fee for artists without guidance. ($5 for high school and college art students) Figure or portrait drawing or painting lesson during session $20, including model fee; or $50 for three evenings of instruction. Still life studio sessions on occasion - unguided - no charge
Note: Figure and costumed models always wanted.
